Founder and owner
Ash founded Ashmor in 2005 with a single vision: creating a company with the expertise, experience and infrastructure to deliver complex residential and commercial projects while being as approachable, down-to-earth and easy to deal with as your trusted family plumber.
From humble beginnings (Ashmor’s first office was his bedroom in the family home), Ash has grown Ashmor into a leading plumbing service provider with a reputation for high quality work, genuine customer service and delivering excellent value to all clients. Despite this growth, Ash remains personally involved in all projects undertaken by Ashmor and is passionate about understanding how he can help his customers achieve their goals.
Ash’s work ethic and dedication to doing business “the right way” has become part of Ashmor’s DNA. This approach has also greatly resonated with Ashmor’s customers, which include ASX200 companies and both state and federal government.
William has over 16 years experience as a commercial plumber and has been part of the senior leadership team at Ashmor since 2007. As a project manager, William oversees the running of major jobs at Ashmor. Recent projects include NorthConnex, Ku-ring-gai Aquatic Centre, National Measurement Institute.
William enjoys travelling, snowboarding and spending quality time with his young family.
Arron joined Ashmor in 2011 after working for major plumbing businesses in Australia and the UK. He has experience managing high value and complex mechanical and hydraulic projects worth up to 300million pounds. During his time at Ashmor, Aaron, has run projects such as UTS rowers club, Dulwich Hill, Caltex Kensington, Manly Vale Public School, Fairfield Showgrounds
Arron enjoys camping, four wheel driving, working on his property in the Southern Highlands and spending time with his young family.
Steve is an experienced office manager, with more than 15 years accounting experience across a variety of sectors. Since joining Ashmor in 2017, Steve has been responsible for office management, accounting, legal, compliance, payroll.
Steve takes care of Ashmor’s back of house, allowing our plumbers to focus on delivering exceptional service and output to clients.
Since joining Ashmor in 2017, Steve has been responsible for office management, accounting, legal, compliance, payroll. He holds a black belt in judo and enjoys keeping active with his young kids. Steve always has a good recommendation for what to watch on Netflix.
Tony has over 37 years’ experience in the plumbing industry as licenced plumber. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as an estimating manager at Ashmor.
Tony understands what is needed to deliver a project to the highest standard – and enjoys working with clients to design holistic and well estimated solutions for their projects.
In his spare time, you’ll find Tony camping, bee keeping, riding his motorcycle off road, playing guitar, working on his home building project and trying to keep up with his 6 kids and 3 grandkids.
Melissa has held a number of senior administrative roles across service based industries. She coordinates all reactive and planned maintenance services at Ashmor and holds a certificate III in Business Administration.
Melissa enjoys travelling, spending time with friends, playing with her dog Chloe and is handy in the kitchen.
